I spent years installing systems for bigger outfits and watched too many homeowners pay for equipment they did not need, sold by someone they would never see again. In 2017 I started TSP with one van and a simple rule: if my name is on the company, my hands are on the work.

Tasveer quoted our furnace on Tuesday and installed it himself on Thursday. Same person, same phone number, same price as the paper he left on the table. It has honestly never been this warm in here.
Two companies told us to replace the AC. Tasveer found a burnt wire, charged us for a service call, and told us the unit had years left in it. When it does die, he is the only one I am calling.
He walked us through the heat pump rebates, filed the paperwork, and the install was spotless. You can tell the difference when the owner is the one holding the tools.

Yes. I quote the job, I do the install, and my number is the one you call afterwards. On bigger installs I bring a helper, but I am on site and my hands are on the work. If that ever changes, it will say so on this page first.
Always. Repairs are diagnosed first, then you approve a firm price before I touch anything. Installations get a written quote with the options explained side by side. The number on the quote is the number on the invoice.
Yes. Rebate programs change year to year, so when I quote you I check exactly what is active for your situation, tell you the real number, and file the paperwork for the programs I am registered with. No promises about last year's programs.
Two maintenance visits a year, one for heating and one for cooling, plus priority booking, no dispatch fee, and 10% off any repair. It exists because maintained equipment almost never fails at 2am, and I would rather see your system twice a year than meet it broken.
Every installation carries a written workmanship warranty on top of the manufacturer's equipment coverage, and repairs carry a one year warranty. If something is not right after I leave, call me and I come back. That is the whole policy.
Yes. Service is available in English, Punjabi and Hindi, and basic French for our francophone neighbours across SD&G. Comfort is easier to talk about in the language you think in.
